Through the lens of the second wave feminist movement, BETTY conjures a lived reality of the female experience. Influenced by a deeply rooted creative process of research, personal stories from the performers, and the artist's recent experience of becoming a mother, BETTY contemplates society’s perpetual and permeating imprint on the female psyche.
